Safeguarding Networking Event
Operation Henderson is a multi-agency safeguarding initiative in Essex aimed at protecting vulnerable young people from exploitation and abuse, particularly in and around public transport networks.
During this week AEF Sport and Youth Crime Prevention Project in partnership with Essex Children’s Safeguarding Board are holding a Safeguarding Networking Event (with some breakfast) at Galleywood Youth Centre on the 24 June between 09.30 – 12.30 (longer if the conversations are flowing).
The event will be used to raise awareness of criminal exploitation and explain how to spot the signs, and the theme is SAFEGUARDING. Come along if you want to improve your knowledge of both Exploitation and Safeguarding.
